Internet Broadband

Bagi yg akan join rumah yg dh ada senior, post kali ni x significant sbb selalunya internet dh sedia ada. Tapi, bagi yg masuk rumah baru, hopefully it helps u guys to make decision.


Ada 2 options:

• Home broadband (e.g. UPC/Magnet)
• Mobile broadband (e.g. 3/Meteor/Vodafone/O2)

Criteria pemilihan broadband:

• Price per person
• Location (Ada broadband yg x available kt sesetengah tmpt)
• Speed & Kegunaan (Klu just guna utk buka email, youtube, FB, news, xperlu la speed besar sgt. Tp klu kaki games, movie, download P2P, mmg kene cari 15MB ke atas)
• Stability (Kdg2 tulis je 25MB, tp most of the time below 15MB)
• Customer Service (Trust me, this is NB lebih2 lagi klu korg sbg pemegang bil)

Sepanjang 4 tahun di Ireland, aku pernah try:

• UPC
• Smart Telecom
• Magnet
• Irish Broadband

Secara ringkas, ni review aku:
Magnet: Paling laju, stabil tp mahal. Belek website mcm belek buku.
UPC: Speed mantap. Price not bad. Good customer care.
Smart Telecom: Speed ok. Tp mahal, x stabil, poor customer service.
Irish Broadband: Slow. "I think I run faster than the internet..." dialog dgn customer care.


Personally, I think UPC is the best (",)
